"Tis easier to prevent bad habits than to break them"
-Benjamin Frankin
Bad habits can cause many
difficulties in our lives and can lead to problems that can affect the outcome
of certain situations. Bad habits are easy to prevent as long as you see that
they will cause you harm instead of making your life simpler. An example of
this is having an unhealthy diet with no exercise. Children this age are taught
to eat fast food and snacks instead of vegetables and fruits while at home.
These foods deteriorate your body which brings illness and diseases later on in
life. Now schools and homes are reintroducing fruits and vegetables, yet the
children will not eat them because they have become used to eating fatting and
sweet food. This also leads to obesity which has increased significantly over
the years and it can be very difficult to fix. We must remember that bad habits
are difficult to break once they become habit, but if we are aware of the
negative side effects of these habits then we will each live a more happy and
comfortable life.
